Q: Muss jährlich eine Bestätigung von der Ethikkommission eingeholt werden, dass die klinische Prßfung fortgesetzt werden kann?
A: DafĂźr gibt es keine gesetzliche Grundlage, kann aber von den Ethikkommission aufgrund guter wissenschaftlicher oder ethischer Praxis gefordert werden.
